How old and what kind of Fuel Tanks are available.

What are the maintenance issues with the business.

What is the potential to grow.

If financial data is not available on-site operations review for one week.

We will provide you with all the above data and in some cases on site, but before asking for the above information, you should know, its highly confidential data. Therefore, our company policy is to provide standard information upfront, but for unlimited access to the data related to that business, you have to provide the following documentation: -

Professionals appraise business and real estate.

The Legal Documentation is reviewed by an Attorney at Law, Licensed in the State.

Final offer is negotiated with the Seller

On acceptance the Mortgage company / Bank is negotiated for available options and interest rate.

If bank loan is not available, to look into private funding options

For (3) Three weeks a Retail Couch and consultant is provided to help Training and set up the successful Infrastructure of the business.
