- DELIVERY: CIF ASWP / FOB / SPOT with Rollover & Extension.
INSPECTION: Q&Q test report will be conducted at the loading port by SGS
or Equivalent
at the expense of Seller.
- PAYMENT INSTRUMENT: T/T, DLC, SBLC, MT103, MT760 BG,.
- LOADING PORT: Middle East Ports /
Vladivostok / Novorossiysk Port.
- SHIPMENT METHOD: Via vessel to
Buyer's destination port. |

STANDARD PROCEDURES |

Buyer confirms Soft Offer and acceptance of the Seller’s procedures,
issues ICPO with Seller’s
procedures incorporated on the ICPO plus Official Letter of Acceptance. |

Seller issues Draft Contract and sends it to the Buyer, Buyer returns the
countersigned Contract duly
signed and sealed Contract to Seller Company with a letter of
acknowledgement and scanned
copies of the buyer’s company registration and international passport copy
of buyer |

Buyer provide to Seller its Leased TANK STORAGE AGREEMENT and Tank Receipt. |
| 4 |
Seller Issue to Buyer the NOR (Notice of Readiness) to Commence the
Injection of the product. |
| 5 |
Within 24-48 hours maximum, Seller commences the Injection of the First
Month Shipment Quantity from
the Refinery Reservoir through the Pipeline into the Loading Port Storage
Tanks Leased by the Buyer. |
| 6 |
Upon
Buyer Successful Q&Q Dip Test on the product, Buyer makes the payment for
the Total Value of the
Product Injected into the Tanks Through the means of MT103-T/T. |
| 7 |
Upon
Seller Receipt of the Payment for the Product from the buyer, Seller issue
to Buyer the Title Ownership
of the product and all Exporting Document of the product. |
| 8 |
Buyer Lift the product with its Vessel Tanker. |

Seller Pays All Intermediary Involved in the Transaction, and Subsequently
Monthly Shipment Continues as
per Contract. |
